PAFT is the only IBM program of its kind—interdisciplinary, team-based, and deeply rooted in our Product Development Lifecycle. It equips teams with hands-on learning, expert coaching, and reusable tools tailored to their product context and anchored around a shared North Star Metric.

It has been a lot of fun to help design, shape, and deliver the curriculum alongside a wonderful team from 2024 through 2025. Hearing from participants how much value they received and the ways it helped them improve the quality of their team's work was incredible. Over 95% of participants said it was a good use of their time and that it would help them feel more confident in their roles.

In particular, PAFT has been special to me as it has brought together my love of people, design, photography, travel, and education in ways I never believed were possible. We just delivered out final PAFT session of the year in Bangalore and I did so with a full heart.

Additionally, the team received a Brandon Hall award (Best Team Development Program - Gold) for our work—icing on the cake!
