My first time to the Bay Area I was able to spend time in Napa, Yosemite, and San Francisco. This trip was one of the first times I traveled after Covid-19 closed down the US so I was excited to get out and shoot. As I was still getting back into the swing of things I found myself almost uncomfortable approaching people or taking photos with people in them. There was still a feeling of isolation hanging in the air that felt right to lean into so instead I focused on what man and nature built and how it felt to be back out in the world.
