During the summer of 2014, when I was about to enter my Senior year of high school, I had the opportunity to attend Spoleto Study Abroad, a 3-week art and art history immersive experience in central Italy. Surprisingly, this was my first time taking a photography course, everything before this point had been self taught (and sometimes it showed, but that's ok).

When looking back on these photos I can see how I got to my current art style. There are obviously some things I would change if I were to approach this work today, but I think it is important to my story as an artist to show you the work as I originally intended it to look all those years ago. If I were to do anything over here, I think the first thing I would do is play with aspect ratio more. From there, who knows!
